Our small white candle is the perfect size for use in all your cosy spaces such as your bathroom, home office or living area. The warm glow can be seen through the matte white glass allowing for a truly relaxing ambience to be created. Picture yourself curled up with a book, enjoying the flame flickering as you inhale some of your favourite scents.
An embossed matte gold lid ensures your fragrance is kept long lasting. Candles come boxed in a luxurious tube box with gold foiling for that extra touch.
Modern, yet retaining a stylish design, the natural white tone is suited to the feel of most homes with classic elegance.
Quality
We only use 100% pure cotton braided wicks, selected especially for their optimal use with our natural soy wax. Being lead and nickel free means that you can burn your candle with reassurance knowing that the wick won't smoke and that harmful materials won't disturb your space. Our natural soy wax is Kosher and free from paraffin wax making it safe for all the family. All of our products are hand poured on the Mornington Peninsula.
It's strongly recommended to use a candle wick trimmer between burns, keeping the exposed wick to a length of 1/4 inch. This will help you achieve an even burn and discourage the wick from curling and splitting , ultimately extending the life of your candle.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99 Australia wide. For any orders under $99 we have a low flat rate charge of $12 per order. This will automatically be calculated for you at the checkout. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping.
Custom Designed Fragrance Candle
As your custom candles are made to order, in most cases you will need to wait 72 hours for our team to pour, cure and pack your order. A tracking number will be sent to your email.
Regular online order
You can expect to receive shipping notification within 48 hours for regular orders of candles from our Red Hill Candle Co core range of blended products.
Bearing the above in mind you can expect orders to reach you between 5-7 business days after ordering. If you require your order sooner please get in touch and we will see what we can do.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
