Both our Scent Lab experience and Scent Library workshop are available for private group bookings of 10+ people.
Whichever option you choose it will take place in one of our private rooms with a one or two of our expert Master Mixologists who will invite you into our world of fragrance to create you own unique blends.
Group Experiences & Pricing
Scent Lab Workshop
From $95 per person
• 90minutes, hands on workshop
• Each participant designs and makes 2 candles to take home (one large candle and one travel tin sized candle)
• Complimentary glass of Foxey's Hangout sparkling wine or juice on arrival
Additional pricing info: Group size 16-30pax $95pp, Group size 10-15pax $99pp.
Scent Library Experience
from $55 per person
• 45minutes, fragrance experience (less hands on)
• Each participants designs one fragrance, and makes one large candle to take home

Dining Options
There are a plethora of great dining options nearby, however if you would prefer to keep everything on site catering can be arranged at an additional cost per person.
We're more than happy to help suggest options for dining including winery, restaurant or brewery and can help you develop an itinerary for your visit.
We love helping our guests enjoy the region and make the most of their time spent with their group.
Hen's Days
Our candle making workshops are the perfect addition to a Hen's Day celebration. We've hosted many Hen's groups and what they've loved most is being able to offer guests a memorable time and getting to take home the products the make. It's ideal for all ages and suitable for non-drinkers in the group. We're located nearby to other awesome places to visit after your time with us such as Bass and Flinders Distillery, Jetty Road Brewery and Boatshed Cheese to name a few.

For each option your candles will take approximately 3 hours to completely set.We're centrally located to many other activities and sights which gives you a great chance to experience the region then collect your candles. Alternatively we can post your candles for $10 to any address Australia wide. For groups you can opt to have all candle sent to the one address if this is preferred.

Christmas Parties
We have designed a festive workshop option that will get your team into the Christmas spirit. After the year we've all had your team will appreciate this bonding experience where each person can design their own custom fragrances with an additional 5 special Christmas themed scents in the mix. Think the likes of; pine, gingerbread, eggnog and plum pudding. Plus the room will be adorned with Christmas themed decorations and a sneaky little song playlist with some of the classics.
Team Building
We can't wait to help your team reconnect face to face after months of Zoom calls and limited interaction, we know that's it's been a challenging time. Our trusty leader has a background in running corporate team building events so knew we needed to create an experience that was going to be fun, interactive and inclusive. Our team building workshops are the perfect blend of learning, experimentation and a whole lot of fun. Activities and timing can be tailored to your groups need, so speak to us for options.
Other Private Groups
Social clubs, birthday bashes, baby showers, you name it! We love being part of your special event whether it's a celebration or just a chance to get together with your favourite people. The above pricing and inclusions applies for any group of 10+ people.

- Any other helpful information such as contact phone number, special requirements
Minimum - Generally our minimum group size is 10 people. However if you have a smaller group a minimum charge applies of $850 for Scent Lab workshops or $500 for Scent Library experience.
Maximum - Our new Scent Lab workshop space can cater for groups of up to 30 people.
No experience is necessary! We provide all the guidance you need along with all the equipment to make the session enjoyable and to make your candles.
Once receiving your enquiry we aim to get back to you within 48hours to let you know if the date requested is available. To secure your booking a 50% deposit is required with the remaining 50% due two weeks prior to your booking date. If you need to cancel for any reason a full refund is available 2 weeks prior to the event. For cancellations made within 7-14 days of your booking 50% is provided. Bookings with less than 7 days notification no refund is available.
If we are required to cancel your booking at any time due to State Government enforced Covid19 restrictions you are entitled to a full refund. Where possible we will move your booking to an upcoming available date (at no additional charge), however there may be times when no suitable date is available, in which case we will provide a full refund.
Our sessions are facilitated with our Covid Safe plan in place.
Our new larger Scent Lab room is located up one flight of stairs. Please contact us if you have access concerns.
Our lower private space has capacity to cater for groups of up to 16 people.
