It's called the DIY Gift Pack because you get to choose the fragrances of each of the items that go inside. It is made up of beautiful products from Red Hill Candle Co, Olieve and Olie, and Sapon. It comes in a gift box and includes:

- 1x room spray - choose from 6 fragrances

About this gift pack
Soy candle: Your choice of one of Red Hill Candle Co's small soy wax candles with a burn time of 35hours
Bath bomb: Your choice of one gorgeous bath bomb made by Sapon available in 7 fragrances. Relax and unwind, gentle on sensitive skin, cruelty free, plastics free & GMO-free, no artificial colouring or food colouring. Ingredients: Sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, extra virgin olive oil, witch hazel extract, essential oils of rose geranium and lavender, Australian goat’s milk, clay & spirulina ground. 250g.
Body butter: Your choice of body butter from Olieve and Olie. A thoroughly decadent rich and creamy blend of organic butters waxes and oils. Ideal for those who suffer from dry sensitive skin conditions who need a serious cream to moisturise, nourish and protect. The ingredients used are skin superfoods to boost healthier skin and healthier living; they offer UV protection, anti-aging properties, soothes discomfort and itching and high in antioxidants. This versatile product can be used from head to toe and is the perfect overnight face cream. Ingredients: Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Water, Avocado Oils, Wheat Germ and Grape Seed Oil, Calendula Infused Oil, Organic Beeswax, Cocoa Butter, Borax.
Room spray: Your choice of one of Red Hill Candle Co's room sprays which come in a 200ml glass amber bottle. Room sprays are great for refreshing a room after cooking, adding a spritz of freshness before guests arrive or used daily to eliminate odours.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99 Australia wide. For any orders under $99 we have a low flat rate charge of $12 per order. This will automatically be calculated for you at the checkout. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping.
Custom Designed Fragrance Candle
As your custom candles are made to order, in most cases you will need to wait 72 hours for our team to pour, cure and pack your order. A tracking number will be sent to your email.
Regular online order
You can expect to receive shipping notification within 48 hours for regular orders of candles from our Red Hill Candle Co core range of blended products.
Bearing the above in mind you can expect orders to reach you between 5-7 business days after ordering. If you require your order sooner please get in touch and we will see what we can do.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ebony@redhillcandleco.com and send your item to: Red Hill Candle Co, 1/4 Thomson Tce, Dromana VIC 3936, Australia.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
