How to Use Your Felt Flower Air Freshener
A beautiful, refillable way to fragrance your car.
1. Apply fragrance oil
Add a few drops of fragrance oil directly onto the felt flower. Wipe away any spills immediately and keep out of reach of children.
2. Allow it to absorb
Let the oil soak into the felt before placing in your car.
3. Hang or place in your car
Position where airflow can circulate the scent — such as your rear-view mirror.
4. Refresh as needed
Reapply fragrance oil when the scent begins to fade.
5. Control your scent strength
Use more or less oil depending on your preference.

How long does the scent last?
The fragrance slowly diffuses from the felt flower and can be refreshed by adding more fragrance oil.
How do I refill the air freshener?
Simply add a few drops of fragrance oil to the felt flower to refresh the scent.
Will it leak in my car?
Our fragrance oils include drip plugs to help control the amount of oil dispensed but it is not recommended to let oil come into contact with plastic surface.
Is this reusable?
Yes, the felt flower is designed to be reused and refreshed with fragrance oil.
Where should I place it in the car?
Hang from your rear-view mirror or place in a suitable location where airflow can help diffuse the scent.
Refund and Return Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ebony@redhillcandleco.com and send your item to: Red Hill Candle Co, 1/4 Thomson Tce, Dromana VIC 3936, Australia.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Red Hill Candle Co, 1/4 Thomson Tce, Dromana VIC 3936, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $129 Australia wide. For any orders under $129 we have a low flat rate charge of $9.95 per order. This will automatically be calculated for you at the checkout. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping.
Custom Designed Fragrance Candle
As your custom candles are made to order, in most cases you will need to wait 72 hours for our team to pour, cure and pack your order. A tracking number will be sent to your email.
Regular online order
You can expect to receive shipping notification within 48 hours for regular orders of candles from our Red Hill Candle Co core range of blended products.
Bearing the above in mind you can expect orders to reach you between 5-7 business days after ordering. If you require your order sooner please get in touch and we will see what we can do.
