Christmas 2026 and ongoing | Chadstone Shopping Centre

Red Hill Candle Co. & Perfumery is opening a beautiful experiential store at Chadstone, and we’re looking for a team of enthusiastic, warm and customer focused people to join the team.

This is more than a traditional retail role. You’ll be helping customers discover and personalise beautiful fragrances, find the perfect gift and create memorable gift giving and shopping experiences.

What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming and engaging with customers

• Helping customers create custom fragrances and choose products

• Providing warm, personalised customer service

• Learning and confidently sharing product knowledge

• Processing sales and operating our POS system

• Achieving individual and team sales goals

• Gift wrapping and presentation

• Replenishing stock 

• Keeping the space beautifully presented throughout the day

• Supporting your team during busy periods

• Helping create an enjoyable and positive team environment

We’re looking for people who are

• Friendly, approachable and confident

• Naturally comfortable talking to customers

• Energetic and positive

• Reliable and punctual

• Well presented

• Commercially minded and motivated by achieving results

• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

• Happy to work as part of a small team

• Available for weekends, late night trade and key Christmas trading periods

Previous retail, sales, fragrance, beauty, fashion, gifting or customer service experience is highly regarded, but personality and attitude are just as important.

Availability

This is a peak-season role, so we’re particularly interested in people who can offer strong availability across:

• Weekdays

• Late night shopping

• Saturdays and Sundays

• Public holidays

• December Christmas trade

• The period immediately before and after Christmas
