AusMumpreneur 2021 Finalist

We're excited to share that Ebony Flett, Owner of Red Hill Candle Co. has been named as a finalist for the ‘2021 AusMumpreneur Awards’ in four categories!

The AusMumpreneur Awards are presented by The Women’s Business School celebrate and recognise Australian Mums in business achieving outstanding success in areas such as business excellence, product development, customer service and digital innovation. The awards are designed to acknowledge the growing number of women who successfully balance motherhood and business in a way that suits their life and family. 

Ebony is delighted to be named as a finalist and is proud of her achievements, particularly the opening of the Scent Lab workshop room where they host fun, hands on candle making workshops. “We’ve welcomed over 400 people and workshops now book out weeks in advance. Due to increasing popularity and demand, a second workshop room is coming in September 2021 with a mezzanine build underway.” 

There are many benefits to balancing business and motherhood as Ebony explains, “I love the flexibility of being able to bring my daughter to work and choose hours which suit our family’s lifestyle and I love being a role model, showing my daughter that anything is possible.”
